Making omelettes

By Denise on June 27, 2011

We’ve dust everywhere again unfortunately as the joiners have been in for a few days doing all sorts of jobs but they had to be done and you can’t make an omelette without breaking a few eggs.

Various odd jobs have been done but fixing the stairs was most important – at least they no longer move as you climb up them! Tidying up the entrance area is in progress and already the difference is noticeable with the amount of light and space gained.

The top of the conveyor upstairs has also been boxed in to make a big, strong workbench for someone – whoever takes that space will have a good work area with natural light once the plasterboard walls of a previous small office come down.

There is still work to do partitioning off other studio spaces but that can be done as and when other artists get involved.

Meanwhile, we are getting close to being able to open the doors….

Where are we?

We are now peripatetic and have no fixed abode. We'll pop-up where you least expect to see us!
