Music & art combination goes down a treat

By Denise on November 12, 2012

The recent performance by the Swingin’g Never-beans, featuring resident artist Simon Plum, proved that an informal evening of music and art do indeed mix. The fusion of blues, jazz and ragtime set in amongst the artwork in the Unframed exhibition, went down well with the audience and the acoustics of our old mill gave a very mellow sound which suited the dimmed lighting, creating a totally different atmosphere to any of our previous events. The evening was well attended and much enjoyed by all, proving that this type of event can work well in our project space. Read the review by The Two Hats.
